In order to fulfill this responsibility, the Group has established this Megmilk Snow Brand Group Human Rights Policy, which is based on\u00a0the Megmilk Snow Brand Group Charter of Corporate Behavior. Approach to Respecting Human Rights<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9735914 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9735914\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We respect the human rights enshrined in the International Bill of\u00a0Human Rights (consisting of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and\u00a0the International Covenants on Human Rights) and the International Labor\u00a0Organization\u2019s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.<br \/>Our efforts to protect human rights are also guided by the United Nations\u2019\u00a0Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. The Megmilk Snow\u00a0Brand Group has also signed the UN Global Compact.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">We forbid discrimination on the basis of race, nationality, gender, religion, or belief, among other attributes; prohibit all forms of unjust treatment\u00a0including forced labor, human trafficking, and child labor; provide safe,\u00a0healthy work environments that are free of harassment; and make other\u00a0efforts to protect human rights.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">We respect local laws in the countries and regions in which we carry out business activities. In the event that the human rights recognized by\u00a0local laws differ from international norms, we will do our utmost to\u00a0respect internationally recognized human rights principles.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c7dd90b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c7dd90b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2.
